Trunk or Treat Table Market – Vendor Information

We are excited to put together a fun Trunk or Treat Table Market for families and the community! This will be a smaller evening event designed to bring families out for a fun night of trick-or-treating, shopping, food, drinks, and community fun.

We are looking for vendors who would like to participate by pulling up to a designated space, decorating their vehicle trunk for Halloween, handing out candy to the children, and setting up a table to sell their products.

What Vendors Will Do

Vendors will have a designated spot where they can:

  • Decorate their vehicle trunk with a fun Halloween theme.

  • Hand out candy to children participating in the Trunk or Treat.

  • Set up a table to display and sell their products.

  • Help create a fun and welcoming Halloween atmosphere for families.

You do not have to go overboard with your decorations! A simple, creative, and family-friendly trunk display is perfectly fine. The goal is to have fun and create a festive environment for the kids.

Vendors Fee

Table Fee: $15 for the evening

We are keeping the vendor fee low to make this an affordable opportunity for vendors to get their products in front of local customers while also being part of a fun community event.

Food & Drinks

We will have a food vendor and a few drink vendors available during the event, giving families the opportunity to grab something to eat or drink while they enjoy the evening.

Store Shopping

We will also be keeping the store open later than normal for the event. Families coming out for Trunk or Treat will be encouraged to head inside and shop while they are here.

This gives our vendors and the store an opportunity to benefit from the additional evening traffic while families enjoy the event.

We want this to be a fun, relaxed Halloween evening for the community and a chance for vendors to get out, meet customers, sell their products, and enjoy the night with their families.
