Thank you for being part of our Trick-Or-Treat Halloween Market!

We are excited to bring together local artisans, small businesses, and families for an evening filled with Halloween activities, shopping, entertainment, and community fun.

We have several exciting activities planned to help attract shoppers, encourage families to explore the entire market, and create a memorable experience for everyone attending.

Please review the following information carefully to help ensure a smooth and successful event.

Vendor Setup, Unloading & Parking

Vendor setup will begin at 2:00 PM. Please allow yourself enough time to unload, set up your booth, and be completely ready for shoppers when the market opens at 4:00 PM.

Upon arrival, vendors should unload their vehicles at their designated unloading area and then promptly move their vehicles to the vendor parking lot located across the street.

It is extremely important that vendors do not leave their vehicles parked in customer parking areas.

By moving all vendor vehicles across the street, we can provide more available parking spaces for shoppers. More open parking spaces mean more opportunities for customers to stop, shop, and support your businesses.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in making customer parking as accessible as possible.

Vendor Agreement & Market Rules

All vendors are expected to follow the rules, policies, and requirements outlined in the Vendor Agreement that each vendor signed.

This includes setup and breakdown procedures, booth requirements, safety guidelines, parking instructions, and all other applicable market policies.

Please take a moment to review your signed agreement before the event. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for vendors and shoppers alike.

Planned Halloween Activities & Special Events

We have several activities planned throughout the market to encourage customer participation, increase foot traffic, and create an exciting evening for families.

1. Trick-Or-Treating (6:00 PM – 8:30 PM)

Families will be invited to visit participating vendor booths throughout the market to collect candy and Halloween treats.

We encourage vendors to bring individually wrapped candy to hand out to children during the designated trick-or-treating hours.

This is a wonderful opportunity to interact with families, introduce shoppers to your business, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

2. Vendor Passport Giveaway – Two Lucky Winners!

We will be hosting our Vendor Passport Giveaway to encourage shoppers to visit participating booths throughout the market.

Shoppers will receive a passport and collect stamps as they visit participating vendors. Once their passport is completed, they can submit it for a chance to win one of two special giveaway prizes.

We also welcome vendors who would like to donate an item toward our giveaway prizes. Donations are greatly appreciated and help make the experience even more exciting for shoppers.

3. Children's Halloween Costume Contest & Giveaway

We will be hosting a Halloween costume contest just for the kids!

Children are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes for a chance to win a special giveaway prize.

Vendors are also encouraged to dress in costume and help create a festive Halloween atmosphere throughout the market.

4. Best Decorated Vendor Booth Contest - but not required

Let's see your Halloween creativity!

We will be holding a contest for the Best Decorated Vendor Booth. Vendors are encouraged to decorate their spaces with Halloween decorations, whether spooky, funny, festive, or family-friendly.

This is a great opportunity to attract attention to your booth, engage with shoppers, and show off your creativity.

Please make sure all decorations remain within your designated booth space and do not interfere with neighboring vendors or customer walkways.

If you want to participate in this, please send me an email letting me know.

5. Pumpkin Patch

A festive pumpkin patch will be part of our Halloween activities, providing families with an opportunity to enjoy the fall season and capture special memories.

6. Face Painting

Face painting will be available for children attending the market, adding another fun activity for families to enjoy throughout the evening.

7. Professional Photography with On-Site Printing

Professional photography will be available during the event, with on-site printing so families can take home a special keepsake from their Halloween evening.

8. Shopping with Local Artisans & Small Businesses

Our market will feature a variety of talented artisans, crafters, and small businesses offering handmade products, unique gifts, seasonal merchandise, and much more.

We encourage vendors to create attractive, welcoming displays and engage with shoppers throughout the evening.

9. Food, Drinks & Sweet Treats

Food and beverage vendors will be available during the market, giving families an opportunity to enjoy something delicious while shopping and participating in Halloween activities.
