Vendor Setup & Breakdown
Load-In Time: 8:00 AM – 9:45 AM
Set-up Deadline: All vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 AM
Set-Up: Drive around to your spot, unload promptly, and move vehicles to vendor parking. If you park in the parking lot and unload to your spot, but all vendors must move to the lot across the street, regardless of where/how you unload
Keep walkways clear for safety
Breakdown: Begins at 2:00 PM or after the last customer has left, Vendor's decision.
Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval
Booth Information
Booth Sizes: Single 10x10
Vendors must provide:
Tents but they are not required
Tent weights (REQUIRED) if using a tent
Tables and chairs
Displays and signs
Vendor Responsibilities
Handle your own payments
Collect and report South Carolina sales tax
Keep your booth clean and safe
Remove all trash at the end of the event
Licensing & Compliance
Food Vendors must have valid SC permits and follow DHEC regulations
Retail vendors must have a business or resale license if required
All licenses must be submitted before the event if required
Parking & Facilities
Vendor Parking: Across the street in the designated lot (shows on map)
Restrooms are available inside the building
Safety Guidelines
Tenting weights are required if using a tent. (recommended 40 lbs. per leg)
No open flames unless approved
No illegal or hazardous items
Be respectful and professional
No disruptive noise or equipment
Weather & Emergency Policy
The event is rain or shine unless there is lightning in the area
Follow the organizer's instructions on emergencies
Electricity
No electricity available, unless you are a Food Truck
Generators require prior approval
